You will partner with parents to support their children's growth and collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

Formación

• Customer service and organizational skills required.
• Must hold active CDA credential or meet NAEYC/state Pre-K candidacy.
• Knowledge of state Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency and maintain safety.
• Ability to move and engage in physical activity with children.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with families.

Responsabilidades

• Implement curriculum and state Pre-K requirements while addressing individual child needs.
• Partner and communicate with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
