Our House is seeking a GA Pre-K Lead Teacher in Atlanta to create a high-quality learning environment supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. You will implement developmentally appropriate practices, maintain compliance with Head Start and NAEYC standards, and partner with families to promote student learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Must meet credentialing standards for state and program regulations.
• Additional endorsements in early childhood education are a plus.
• At least two years of teaching experience in early childhood education required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Head Start goals.
• Conduct regular developmental screenings and assessments to individualize learning.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Engage families with conferences, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Site Director and Curriculum Manager on program quality.
