Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years classroom experience in licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• Ability to lead classroom activities and routines with confidence.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early intervention best practices.
• Excellent communication with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a preschool classroom focused on readiness and social-emotional learning.
• Lead circle time, group activities, learning centers, and transitions.
• Foster early literacy, numeracy, and language development.
• Monitor student progress using observations and adjust instruction.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and families daily.
• Maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom aligned with Cognia standards.
