Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in ECE, Child Development or Education or a CDA.
• Emergent Literacy for VPK instructors and related credentials.
• Ability to implement state standards and maintain student records.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans aligned to guidelines and objectives.
• Establishes rapport with students, staff and parents.
• Uses varied instructional methods to reach all learners.
• Reviews student records and maintains accurate documentation.
• Prepares for state assessments and monitors progress.
