Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field.
• Georgia PDS Profile must state "Qualifies For GA Pre-K Lead".
• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Must pass the Drug Test.
• Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children that will enhance growth and development.
• Work with the Early Childhood Specialists to promote social competence and parental involvement in all aspects of the program.
• Provide leadership and stability for program continuity.
• Move or lift children up to age five as needed.
