Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field as required by CT licensing.
• Experience with preschool/Pre-K children and strong communication skills.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with best practices.
