BrightPath Kids in Collegeville, PA is hiring a Lead Teacher to work with children from 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines. You will team with teachers and families to provide a safe, engaging home away from home environment.

Responsibilities include developing developmentally appropriate curricula, planning activities, maintaining a clean, warm classroom, and communicating with families to support each child's learning and well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field or CDA credential or 2+ years experience in licensed childcare facility required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask are essential.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment and work within regular operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
