Job summary

Tiny Tots & Dots Learning Ministry is hiring a Lead Pre-K teacher for our Lawrence & Castleton locations. We seek a nurturing, organized team player to manage a classroom, create lesson plans, and follow state guidelines.

Must be available full time, Mon-Fri, preferably 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with strong communication to parents and comfort using an app to update activities. We offer a supportive team, flexible hours, a safe work environment, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or preschool settings is preferred.
• Ability to follow state guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Comfort using an app to update child activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow lesson plans appropriate for Pre-K.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
• Follow state and center guidelines for daily routines and hygiene.
• Communicate with parents about child progress and activities.
• Maintain documentation and required trainings.
