Learning Care is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child\'s needs and program requirements. You will guide a classroom, supporting families and ensuring licensing standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, experience leading a classroom, and a passion for developing curious, engaged learners ready for Kindergarten and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center licensing.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and knowledge of licensing guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support student success.
