Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the growth of preschool children and uphold licensing guidelines and company standards.

You’ll lead curriculum implementation, communicate with families, and contribute to a positive, supportive classroom environment welcoming both indoor and outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots! Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
