Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site Pre-K teacher to lead a classroom focused on emotional safety, curiosity, and measurable development. You will design play-based experiences supporting early literacy and numeracy while partnering with families to celebrate milestones and extend learning beyond the classroom.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher, or any U.S. state teaching license or certification.
• At least 2 years of experience with children ages 3-5 in a structured, play-based classroom or group setting.
