Rolling Suds Bloomington - Eden Prairie is seeking a Power Washing Lead Technician in Minnesota. You will lead a team while performing power washing to deliver top-quality results for residential and commercial clients.

The role offers performance-based bonuses, internal advancement paths, and ongoing training and certification programs to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven leadership experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to perform general labor and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform excellent power washing alongside your team. You will be a leader, but you will also be power washing -- our goal is for every single customer to be delighted with your work
• Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
• Drive a commercial box truck (no CDL required)
• Monitor work activity to ensure team members remain productive, focused, and following company standards during work hours
