Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Power Solutions group seeks a Lead Engineer, Systems Applications to define scalable power architectures and platform strategies for aerospace, defence, and communications systems.

You will translate customer needs into practical power trees, create reference designs, and collaborate with product, systems, marketing, and field teams to position ADI power solutions. Strong power electronics expertise and customer engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of system-level power experience.
• Experience with drones, robotics, or radar is valued.
• Strong communication and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end power architectures for priority applications.
• Translate requirements into solution proposals and reference designs.
• Review architecture to ensure solutions are manufacturable and aligned with portfolio direction.
• Collaborate with product, systems, applications, marketing, and field teams to identify requirements and position ADI power solutions.
• Create reusable collateral, including design guides, simulations, and reference designs.
