Job summary

CapTech is seeking a senior Dynamics 365/Power Platform leader to drive strategy, configurations, and implementations across CRM/ERP projects. You will partner with clients to design roadmaps, optimize processes, and ensure successful adoption of the platform across multiple work streams.

The role requires hands-on development experience with Java/Python/.NET and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, with strong communication to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on development with Java, Python, or .NET.
• Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading Dynamics 365 implementations and CRM/ERP projects.
• Strong integration strategy and cross-system knowledge.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of ERP/CRM integrations, including Salesforce.

Job Description

• Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development: Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Power Platform and Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration.
• Organizational Analysis: Conduct in-depth assessments to pinpoint process optimization and automation opportunities through Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Team Structure Planning: Advise on the optimal organizational and team structures needed to robustly support the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Hands‑On Configuration and Implementation Support: Provide direct configuration and implementation assistance across various Microsoft Suite modules, from pilot projects to major rollouts.
• Customer Service Module Deployment: Lead the deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the setup of multiple work centers and external customer self‑service features.
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster strong collaboration across client departments to guarantee an integrated and unified Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation approach.
• Training and User Support: Design and deliver effective training sessions to users at all levels, promoting high platform adoption and competency. Offer ongoing support to ensure the maximization of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionalities.
• Continuous System Improvement: Continually assess system performance and lead improvement initiatives to boost functionality, user experience, and business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Experience utilizing CCaaS or Omnichannel.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with hands‑on development in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
• Strong project management proficiency, capable of guiding cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating technical details for a non‑technical audience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.
• Understanding how MS Dynamics integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce
