Development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications for a leading food corporation.

Responsibilities

1. Power Platform Pipelines for Copilot Studio Agents (also benefits other Power Platform environments)
2. Develop automated deployment pipelines for Copilot Studio agents - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/alm/pipelines
3. Implement ALM best practices, including version control, testing, and release management
4. Create articles for the Power Platform Hub
5. Identify requirements for end-to-end automation from environment request to automated pipeline enablement

Copilot Studio Operations

1. Create SOPs for vendor team to perform Copilot Studio operations (environment creation, DLP changes, etc.)

Assess and implement Copilot Studio Kit

1. Identify and explore automated testing for Copilot Studio Agents
2. Validate Copilot Studio requirements from approved AI use cases
3. Define and implement automated controls for AI governance processes within Copilot Studio use cases
4. Implement automated ISMS control

Skills

Must have

• 5+ years experience with Power Platform, including governance & security
• Experience designing systems and participating in architecture discussions
• Experience with Copilot Studio Agents
• Experience with Power Platform Admin Center & DLP policies
• Extensive experience building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Proficiency with Power Automate for process automation
• Strong understanding of Dataverse schema, relationships, and data management
• Experience designing and optimizing Dataverse entities and tables
• Familiarity with Power BI for visualization and reporting
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Fx
• Knowledge of plugins, custom workflows, and PCF development
• Ability to use APIs and connectors for integration
• Experience with role-based security in Power Platform
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integration
• Proficiency in integrating third-party services using custom connectors
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, develop, and deploy
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving performance issues

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or Developer certification
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure API Management
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced SQL and data modeling knowledge
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
• Exposure to low-code platforms like Appian, Mendix, or OutSystems
• Advanced Power BI features, such as R/Python integration or DAX optimization
