Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with 5+ years in power electronics or related fields.
• Expertise in low/medium voltage power conversion and power systems engineering.
• Experience with inverter/converter topologies and high-power electronics.
• Proficient in modeling power converters using MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop power conversion projects for industrial, automotive, truck, and aerospace applications.
• Collaborate with teams, universities, and customers to advance technology and commercialization opportunities.
• Identify and validate technology opportunities and manage research programs across global teams.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to business leaders, technical colleagues, and stakeholders.
