Job summary

Encore in Orlando seeks an onsite Power Distribution Technician to set up, operate, and break down power distribution systems for hospitality events. You will lead on-site coordination, ensuring equipment works properly and guest expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years in customer service or hospitality recommended.
• 3+ years in power distribution preferred.
• Valid driver's license required where applicable.
• Ability to obtain ESTA PDT certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate power distribution equipment as directed.
• Inspect and maintain power distribution gear and cabling.
• Deliver excellent on-site service to clients and guests.
• Meet with guests to ensure equipment works and needs are met.
• Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E and NEC safety standards.
