Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking a senior leader for the SST Product Innovation Team to push power density and efficiency in next‑gen storage and power systems. You will own loss budgets, drive topology and packaging tradeoffs, and partner with mechanical/thermal teams to shrink footprint and cooling requirements.

The role requires advanced Electrical Engineering credentials and extensive experience in power converters, loss analysis, and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Proven expertise in designing power converters and analyzing loss mechanisms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-density power systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the power density roadmap and metrics (W/in3, W/in2, W/kg, efficiency).
• Identify packaging, cooling, and topology improvements to boost density.
• Develop loss budgets for inverter, transformer, filter, and auxiliary subsystems.
• Collaborate with mechanical and thermal teams to shrink footprint and cooling needs.
• Mentor engineers, set design guidelines, and drive early prototyping and validation.
