Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BI Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for uncovering hidden trends and patterns. They should have a strong understanding of digital analytics, data visualization, marketing tactics and strategies, enabling strong recommendations and insights in program reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Establish discovery and insight cadence with client and strategy teams for continued optimization
2. Develop regular and adhoc analyses rooted in drawing out insights and optimization
3. Work with internal teams and clients to strategize and implement analytics measurement plans
4. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, work with data implementation teams as necessary to ensure proper data tracking and aggregation
5. Provide quality assurance of data on an ongoing basis, identifying and correcting inaccuracies
6. Work directly with clients in presenting analysis and reporting on ongoing marketing initiatives
7. Manage and grow analytics partnerships, staying on top of cutting-edge technologies and vendors
8. Recognize opportunities for efficiencies in processes, and work appropriately across teams to realize enhancements

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field or equivalent education and experience
2. Ability to derive and communicate actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions by leveraging client dashboards, developing insightful visualization and data storytelling, and clearly explaining technical ideas verbally and in writing
3. 5+ years’ experience presenting to clients and/or internal senior leadership team members both remotely and in person
4. 5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following data visualization platforms: Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI
5. 5+ years’ experience working with Google Analytics data
6. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel
7. Detail oriented and organized with a high respect for quality control
8. Must be comfortable working in fast-paced and cross-functional/cultural environment

Information Security Responsibilities:

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
