This position serves as an OBIEE 12c/OAS development and support staff for the Office of Mental Health. This position also supports R&D efforts in the development of new OBIEE 12c/OAS executive dashboards, analytics, BI Publisher, and Java Services.

Duties:

1. Analyze and develop OBIEE 12c/OAS technical solutions. Complete requirements analysis, capture and document the customer’s business and technical needs.
2. Research and recommend technology to improve the current OBIEE systems.
3. Contribute to the design and implementation of the metadata and/or reporting components of the solution (building and/or modifying OBIEE 12c/OAS Repositories (RPD)), including testing and deployment of the components.
4. Build a business and presentation layer within OBIEE 12c/OAS to meet the business requirements of the project.
5. Create reports and graph dashboards using OBIEE 12c/OAS BI Publisher as necessary to meet the business requirements of the project.
6. Perform unit testing on all code changes.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience (12+ Years): Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-level architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.

Requirements:

This is a 100% Onsite position.

1. 60 Months Experience with Oracle 10/11G/12C databases, Oracle Data Warehouse Data Marts, and Complex SQL Query coding.
2. 48 Months Experience with configuring OBIEE Weblogic Server.
3. 48 Months Experience in BI Publisher integrated development with OBIEE Dashboard.
4. 60 Months Experience with System & Data Analysis, Application Design & Dimensional and Data Modeling with Design and Documentation.
5. 60 Months Experience Implementing application roles from a database table and applying the user roles in the dashboard.
6. 60 Months Experience working with PL/SQL, SQL Query Performance tuning.
