Job summary

AMD seeks a passionate, collaborative leader to manage a Silicon Engineering group and drive the next generation of computing technologies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create advanced solutions that power AI and consumer devices.

You will communicate with executives and participate in cross-functional discussions, guiding complex programs in a large matrix organization. This role is on-site in San Jose, requiring strong leadership and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong communication across executive to technical levels.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs in a large org.

Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of FPGA/ASIC design cycle, validation requirements, software requirements, and Vivado flows.
• Apply project management principles to small to large projects.
• Own projects or processes of significant technical importance crossing engineering domains.
