Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Active CPA or equivalent certification.
• Ability to manage client engagements and communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Results oriented mindset focused on meeting client timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong client/investment company owner relationships.
• Collaborate with tax PE co-sourcing, advisory and assurance practices to develop a go-to-market strategy for portfolio company audits.
• Understand private equity and venture capital investment life cycles and exits.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling client responsibilities and market trends.
• Lead new client development with upper management; participate in meetings and proposals.
• Manage multiple client engagements and special projects.
• Leverage existing investment company relationships across audit, tax and advisory groups.
• Travel with audit teams as needed based on portfolio locations.
