Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in HVAC installation/maintenance/repair, portable or commercial systems.
• EPA certification (Type 2 or Universal) to handle refrigerants.
• Driving: 2+ years commercial driving; 5-year clean record preferred.
• DOT Medical Card: ability to obtain and maintain.
• Physical: lift 40+ lbs; comfortable on ladders.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, service & repair equipment at customer sites for emergency or scheduled events.
• Diagnose, repair & maintain equipment to ensure rent-ready condition.
• Manage warehouse operations; receive equipment and maintain inventory.
• Mentor and lead junior technicians on complex projects.
• Work with team; track activity with detailed notes using company tech.
• Uphold standards: keep equipment clean and vehicles organized.
