Job summary
Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix seeks a Senior Pool Technician to maintain water quality, ensure safe operation of multiple pools and water features, and mentor junior staff. You will oversee testing, balancing, repairs, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with facilities and leadership to keep The Oasis sparkling every day and night under Arizona
Qualifications
- Commercial pool operations and maintenance experience.
- CPO credential or willingness to obtain one.
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Comfort outdoors in desert climate.
- Leadership and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily water quality testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections across multiple pools and water features
- Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automated chemical systems
- Guide and train junior technicians, setting the standard for safety and craftsmanship
- Ensure full compliance with county, state, and health department regulations
- Collaborate with facilities and resort leadership to keep The Oasis operating at its sparkling best, every single day
