Job summary

The County of Mono seeks a Staff Services Analyst to join the Behavioral Health Quality Assurance team. The role centers on program analysis, quality assurance, Medi-Cal, and data-driven policy review to improve service effectiveness.

Ideal candidates are analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn regulatory changes. On-the-job training and mentoring will be provided to support growth within a rural county setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in eligibility or social services analysis is preferred.
• Analytical and data-driven with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program and service data for quality assurance and compliance.
• Track regulatory changes and identify trends and potential issues.
• Support behavioral health quality assurance initiatives and recommendations.
