Job summary

Medtronic CST is seeking a technical lead for Polarion to oversee setup, maintenance, and integration of engineering systems. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, implement, and support ALM solutions, including scripting and basic infrastructure tasks.

The candidate will drive tool consolidation and ensure engineering teams have robust systems, documentation, and support to work efficiently in a regulated healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Technical Baccalaureate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 8+ years.
• Deep experience with Polarion or a comparable ALM platform, incl. scripting
• Experience setting up on-prem or AWS-hosted server environments
