TAR, a hardware and software company building massive energy infrastructure, seeks a Project Manager to own day-to-day execution of utility-scale renewable projects from planning through commissioning. Based in Austin with regular site time at West Texas, you will administer EPC contracts and coordinate suppliers, engineers, and field crews directly rather than reviewing external contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Experience on utility-scale solar+PV projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience administering EPC contracts.
• Strong schedule analysis and baselines understanding.
• Ability to make high-consequence decisions under compressed schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build the project schedule and drive workstreams from planning to commissioning.
• Control project costs and manage change orders.
• Administer EPC contracts and ensure scope, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate supply chain, engineering, commissioning, and field resources.
• Manage scope creep and negotiate change orders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with owners.
