Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance in Chicago is seeking a Project Manager for a high-rise multifamily development on Goose Island. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution with Superintendent, coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, ground-up experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction project management experience.
Ground-up construction experience required.
Experience with multifamily, high-rise, mixed-use, or large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and design professionals.
Procore experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the project from construction through completion with accountability for schedule, budget, and quality.
Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Review drawings, specs, contracts, scopes of work, and project docs.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project correspondence.
Develop and maintain project schedules with field leadership.
Monitor costs, commitments, and budget performance.
Lead project meetings and communicate with ownership and design teams.
Monitor subcontractor progress and ensure alignment with milestones.
