Qualifications

• Proven CPM scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management.
• Willingness to travel to long-term Midwest project sites.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with safety, quality, and productivity as non-negotiables.
• Train your project engineers to run work of their own.
• Run change orders and risk, and keep the owner relationship solid.
• Direct field engineering, surveying, and quality control.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Own CPM schedules, budgets, cost accounting, and forecasting.
