On-Call Rotation & Additional Compensation

This position includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule. Team members who are called out during their on-call shift will receive additional compensation ("spiff") for each call-out. On-call weekends rotate equally among team members to support work-life balance. We are looking for applicants willing to upsell, and you will receive compensation for the upsells.

The Role

As a Plumbing Tech Lead, you will manage service calls and take the lead on projects. You will perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, install, repair, or replace water lines, fixtures, and pumps, and troubleshoot steam, water, and gas systems. You will read blueprints to plan and carry out work, make sure all jobs follow safety standards, and assign tasks to apprentices and junior plumbers. You will provide excellent service to customers and keep clear communication while helping the team improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
