POSITION DETAILS

Role: Full-time Licensed Plumber

Location: Westmont, IL

Pay: $70,000-$100,000 yearly

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no on-call responsibilities

WHAT THIS LICENSED PLUMBER ROLE ENTAILS

As a Licensed Plumber, you will start each day by dispatching directly from your home to customer job sites, fully equipped to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently. You will build trust with homeowners by delivering prompt, reliable service while troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and installing a wide range of plumbing systems, including water heaters, tubs, sinks, toilets, sewer and gas lines, drains, and water softeners. You will take pride in creating positive customer experiences, consistently going above expectations and leaving every service call with a satisfied customer who feels confident in your work and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Illinois Journeyman Plumbing license
• 4+ years of experience in residential plumbing
• Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image
• Willing to work later hours when needed
• Knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and equipment
• Willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education
• Strong communication skills
• Respectful and professional
• Experienced in troubleshooting, servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, showers, various valves, water sewer, gas lines, drains, water softeners, etc.
