Job summary

Randall Construction in Titusville, FL seeks a Plumbing Superintendent with mechanical experience to oversee multiple crews on large commercial projects along the Space Coast.

You will interpret blueprints, coordinate foremen, plumbers and helpers, ensure safety and code compliance, manage schedules and materials, and drive on-time project completion with a strong focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of field experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Foreman trade level role.
• Knowledge of Plumbing systems (and relation to mechanical systems).
• Understand shop math and blueprint interpretation.
• Work skillfully with tools, metals and machines.
• Able to communicate in English and direct helpers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams of Foremen, Plumbers and Helpers on multiple crews.
• Interpret drawings/specifications and relay to Foreman and crew.
• Attend job meetings and manage manpower/material deliveries.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure code compliance.
• Lead with strong leadership to optimize productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts.
• Oversee procurement and scheduling to meet deadlines.
