Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 3+ years plumbing service experience preferred.
• Journeyman plumbing license or state certification strongly preferred (may vary by location).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; plumbing trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, pipe repairs, and water heater installations.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance, testing water pressure, drainage, and system performance.
• Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations, ensuring compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers about diagnoses, repairs, and options, educating them on preventive maintenance.
