Job summary

Any Hour Services in Orem, UT is seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on plumbing systems at residential and commercial sites.

You will catch small issues with water heaters, piping, and fixtures before they turn into bigger problems, document work performed, educate customers on required upkeep, and travel daily to customer sites with a focus on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Plumbing trade school or technical training preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance services, including inspections, cleaning, and testing of water heaters, piping, drains, and fixtures
• Identify and troubleshoot minor plumbing issues, testing water pressure, drainage, and system performance to ensure compliance
• Document system condition, maintenance performed, and any recommended repairs or replacements
• Educate customers on plumbing system condition, best practices, and provide clear recommendations for repairs or upgrades
• Accurately record job details, including parts used and time worked
• Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and other technicians to ensure efficient scheduling
• Maintain tools, equipment, and your company vehicle in safe, clean, reliable condition
