Gallaher Co. in California is seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Manager to lead plumbing projects for multi-family properties, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and field teams.

You will develop schedules, review plans, ensure safety and compliance, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining thorough project records. A strong leader with 3+ years plumbing and 2+ years PM experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years proven plumbing experience.
• Must have 2+ years proven PM experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion, within schedule and budget.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Review plans and contracts for compliance with standards.
• Lead site visits, progress meetings, and issue resolution.
• Work with technicians and subcontractors to optimize performance.
• Ensure safety compliance with codes.
• Prepare budgets, bids, and invoices.
• Maintain documentation and project records.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
