• Stands emergency maintenance call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains plumbing staff engaged in installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Estimates parts and materials for Plumbing Department operations.
• Interviews prospective employees and evaluates staff.
• Performs preventive and routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
