Job summary
Health & Human Services Comm in Kerrville recruits a Maintenance Supervisor IV (Plumbing) to lead plumbing teams, install fixtures, and oversee preventative maintenance. You will estimate parts, procure materials, and ensure work complies with plumbing codes while training staff and coordinating with supervisors.
Requirements include a TX Journeyman Plumbing License or eligibility within 90 days, and a valid TX driver license with 5+ years of plumbing experience (4+ years supervising) or 7+
Qualifications
- Five years of plumbing experience with three years supervising.
- Or seven years of plumbing experience with four years supervising.
- Current Texas Journeyman Plumbing License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Valid Texas driver's license or able to obtain within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train plumbing staff and oversee maintenance work.
- Install plumbing fixtures and lines; perform preventative maintenance.
- Estimate parts, procure materials, and manage work orders.
- Inspect work for code compliance and safety; participate in COOP/disaster roles.
