Job summary

Five Star Home Services is seeking a Lead Plumbing Installer to manage large-scale residential projects, including repipes and water heater installations. You will coordinate with the service department to resolve customer concerns and ensure work is up to code.

You will mentor other plumbers, provide feedback and coaching, and lead installs with responsibility for safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes on every job.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential plumbing installations including water heaters and filtration systems.
• Knowledge of state and local plumbing codes and regulations.
• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience with water heaters, tankless & filtration systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage systems.
• Install sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and water heaters.
• Maintain, repair, and renovate plumbing systems in existing homes across fittings and fixtures.
• Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and clamp pipes using hand and power tools.
• Test piping systems for leaks with air and water gauges.
• Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers.
