Responsibilities

• Leading and performing residential plumbing installations, replacements, and system upgrades.

• Installing and replacing water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, water lines, and other residential plumbing systems.
• Directing and working alongside Installers, Apprentices, and Helpers on the project.
• Troubleshooting installation challenges and making sound field decisions when conditions change.
• Ensuring installations meet plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and Five Star quality standards.
• Testing completed systems and verifying proper operation before leaving the job.
• Protecting the customer's home and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite.
• Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.
• Documenting completed work, materials, and job information.
• Identifying concerns or additional needs and communicating them to Five Star team.
• Helping train and develop less-experienced plumbing team members.

Five Star Home Services is looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to take ownership of residential plumbing installation projects and help set the standard for workmanship in the field.
This is a hands‑on Lead position. You'll complete installations alongside your team while taking responsibility for job execution, quality, safety, customer experience, and the development of the installers and apprentices working with you.

What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Install Lead, you'll take ownership of residential plumbing installations from start to finish. You'll work in the field, lead by example, and make sure every job meets Five Star's expectations for quality, safety, efficiency, and customer experience.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and performing residential plumbing installations, replacements, and system upgrades
