Drain Kingz Plumbing, LLC is seeking a full-time Lead Plumbing Installer to manage residential installation projects across the Salt Lake City area, leading and mentoring a helper while ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Utah Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience.
• Strong residential plumbing installation experience.
• Experience leading installation projects from start to finish.
• Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices or helpers.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and scopes of work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with field-service software and digital documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing installation projects.
• Complete water heater, fixture, repipe, remodel, and plumbing system installations.
• Review job scopes, layouts, and project specifications.
• Plan materials and prepare job sites for efficient completion.
