Job summary

A leading plumbing solutions provider seeks a skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews and manage day-to-day plumbing installation operations in residential construction. Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating with project managers, quality control, and documentation. Candidates must have at least 4 years of plumbing experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of Indiana plumbing codes. Must be able to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of field plumbing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and spec sheets.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise plumbing crews on one or more active job sites.
• Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to confirm work quality and code compliance.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
