Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of field plumbing experience in multifamily or residential construction.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise plumbing crews on job sites.
Coordinate project workflows with project managers and contractors.
Ensure work quality and compliance with plumbing codes.
Manage material delivery and scheduling.
