Job summary

Piping Systems Installations (PSI) is seeking a seasoned Lead Plumber/Foreman in Assonet, MA to run crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will own job sites, mentor the team, and ensure clean, well-run work zones while meeting schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License required.
Proven foreman or lead tech experience.
Solid knowledge of MA plumbing code; willing to get licensed in NH.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Reliable transportation to MA/NH job sites.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crews on commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing projects.
Plan manpower, layout, and daily field operations to keep on schedule.
Manage material orders and on-site inventory to stay productive.
Read drawings, specs, and submittals; ensure code compliance.
Serve as point of contact for PMs, inspectors, GCs, homeowners, trades.
