Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with PLCs and industrial controls.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, variable frequency drives, and motor controls.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring electricians.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on PLC, HMI, controls programming and troubleshooting support.
• Assess and integrate legacy control systems for performance improvement.
• Lead and prioritize the work of a team of electricians.
• Design and implement control systems for mill improvement projects.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and planning to resolve issues.
