Job summary

Musco Olive Company in California's Tracy area is seeking an Electrical Controls Supervisor to lead PLC-based factory floor control systems and drive high uptime. You will supervise the Electrical Maintenance Team and manage capital projects, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70, GMPs, USDA and FDA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years in a production setting and proven PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, GE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years in a production setting.
• Experience supervising technical personnel in a plant environment.
• Proven PLC programming experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, and GE.
• Strong PLC ethernet networking and machine control electronics knowledge.
• Able to read and write ladder logic and control schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems on the plant floor.
• Supervise Electrical Maintenance Team and manage capital projects (MOC, scoping, bidding, and contractor oversight).
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70, GMPs, USDA & FDA regulations and company safety policies.
• Develop and maintain control system documentation (P&IDs, ladder logic notes, schematics).
