Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 6+ years in Information Systems or related area with proven programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, 4GL programming, scripting, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and recommendations to team members and IS management.
• Ensure compliance with IS standards and methodologies.
• Plan and recommend systems development and operations, purchases as needed.
• Negotiate with technical personnel and customers for services and direction.
• Review and advise on selection, usage, and maintenance of technology solutions.
• Guide vendors and stay current on technologies to plan IT initiatives.
