Job summary

LMI is seeking a Lead Platform Integrator to drive the integration of autonomous systems into approved network, cloud, on-prem, and tactical edge compute environments in the National Capital Region. You will lead platform architecture, onboarding, interfaces, data services, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, testing, and authorization activities to deliver mission capability.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, on-site support in the NCR, and periodic travel to commands, exercises, and industry locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years in platform engineering, systems integration, cloud engineering, DevSecOps, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience leading integration of complex software, data, network, and compute capabilities in DoD or national security environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, APIs, observability.
• Experience integrating apps and data services across enterprise, edge, disconnected, or air-gapped environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of autonomous platforms, mission applications, data services, and C2 into enterprise and tactical environments.
• Develop platform architectures and roadmaps spanning cloud, on-premises, edge, and air-gapped deployments.
• Coordinate software onboarding, interfaces, data flows, identities, and configuration requirements.
• Align integration with DevSecOps pipelines, cybersecurity baselines, and Authority to Operate requirements.
• Establish integration standards, test plans, and deployment procedures.
• Plan and lead lab, range, and operational integration events with government and partners.
• Troubleshoot issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Brief senior leaders on architecture, cybersecurity posture, and risk.
