Job summary

FinanSysis seeking a senior software leader to own the UniFi platform architecture, AWS estate, and release cadence. You will guide a small engineering team across backend, frontend, QA, DevOps and technical writing while remaining hands-on in code and console.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering a fast, stable, multi-tenant SaaS product. You will manage ERP connectors (SunSystems, NetSuite) and the posting engine, collaborating with UniFi consultants to deploy applications

Qualifications

8+ years building software with 3+ years leading a team while coding.
Proven experience with .NET (C#) in production at scale and credible front-end review.
Strong PostgreSQL performance tuning and Aurora familiarity.
Experience designing AWS architectures and cost control.

Responsibilities

Own the UniFi architecture: .NET services, React front end, PostgreSQL on Aurora, SQL Server and AWS.
Own platform performance, with diagnosis and fix plans within weeks.
Lead the AWS estate with DevOps: environments, cost, monitoring, backups and pipeline.
Run the release train: fortnightly releases with QA sign-off and rollback readiness.
Lead, hire and develop engineers; establish standards and code reviews.
Own ERP connectors and posting engine with back-end engineer; ensure reliability.
