Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET Core.
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture, with experience designing scalable and resilient applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and modern deployment strategies, including canary and blue-green deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with knowledge of DevOps practices, IaC, and GitOps.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience on-call operations and maintaining platform reliability.
• Effective communication skills in English, across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of critical platform systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Guide and mentor engineers through technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices to drive high-quality solutions.
• Develop and optimize scalable applications and services using C# and .NET Core.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical priorities, milestones, and enhancements to existing platforms.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bamboo to accelerate software delivery.
• Apply DevOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code to automate deployments and cloud infrastructure management.
• Drive improvements in reliability and operational efficiency by troubleshooting complex issues.
