Job summary

Foundation Health in Orlando is building a greenfield engineering hub and seeks a technical anchor to own platform architecture, set engineering standards, and guide the direction of the product over the next years.

You will work directly with our VP of Engineering and founders, lead system design, and still dive into code when it matters. This role rewards hands-on impact and real ownership in a fast-moving AI-enabled healthcare platform.

Qualifications

• Built complex systems from scratch and still code when needed.
• Strong architectural judgment and business-focused decisions.
• Fluent with AI-powered product design and tooling.
• Able to move quickly without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture and scale systems for 10x growth.
• Define how we use AI, including latency and cost trade-offs.
• Shape roadmap with product leadership and drive initiatives.
• Grow and mentor the next generation of engineers.
